i could talk about my qualifications, degree and experience here but all of that is less important.

 

what matters more is how i have helped people like you. i’ve worked with over a thousand clients over the years.

​

Understanding the pressures of careers, parenthood, training and life is an important quality of a coach, and the people i have worked with will tell you "i get it", but still understand the importance of people seeing progress in their fitness despite all of that.

 

i’ve helped to take people from barely setting foot in a gym, to regularly entering fitness competitions and performing to a high standard. hyrox, battle cancer, turf games, athx, half-marathons and marathons. the satisfaction I get from seeing people put themselves out there and doing things they always thought improbable is unmatched. Because I know from both personal and professional experience, you grow as an individual so much from achievements like this.

 

going from a below average meat-head who only wanted to train if it meant lifting heavy, to being somewhat of an endurance athlete has given me some incredible experiences and made me appreciate the value of training in multiple disciplines.

 

preparing for and completing challenges such as multiple marathons, hyrox, the goggins 4x4x48 challenge and running 142km in under 18 hours have genuinely made me a better athlete, better in my career, and a better person.

 

which is what rpb training was born from. i have built an online system and platform that enables all of my members to live and perform to the level they've always wanted through accountability, support and elite-level coaching and programming.

 

so that, in a nutshell is my mission…

 

to impact thousands of people’s lives by taking the guesswork out of health, fitness and performance. my online service will raise the standard by delivering a product that is simple, effective and leaves no stone unturned.

I have built a community of likeminded, good human-beings that want to get better each day. not only that, but they want the rest of the community to do the same. because there’s no feeling like going on a positive journey together.
